If there is a defect or damage to your product upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution to the issue.

We ship our products PAN India. All shipments are made via our chosen courier service and are subject to the terms and conditions of that service. We aim to deliver all the orders within 2 to 7 working days. (Incase you opt for a finished saree then we will take 2/3 extra working days to dispatch your order)

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the courier service.
